About the Company

仁和酒厂的前生由1937年的铜梁烧酒坊逐渐演变而来，1952年公私合营时更名为国营铜梁酒厂，上世纪80年代中叶其品牌酒“巴岳大曲”，多次荣获四川省部优产品和四川省优质产品，是铜梁响当当的品牌名片。改革开放后酒厂产权易手，后搬迁至少云镇。2007年在铜梁区少云镇人民政府的招商引领下被收购并正式更名为“仁和酒厂”。随着市场需求，仁和酒厂继续打造自己的地方品牌，有“魂韵”、“九五龙春”、“印象山城”等系列瓶装酒，一时间成为铜梁人餐桌上常备的本地酒。
本酒厂精选本地小高梁为原料，以曲类、酒母为糖化发酵剂，经蒸煮、糖化、发酵、蒸馏、陈酿酿制而成的纯高粱白酒。酒质晶莹剔透，气味芳香纯正，入口绵甜爽净，回味悠长！
