Omei Medical Products Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Omei Medical") was founded in 1997 in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. In 1998, it invested in a factory in Zhijiang City, Hubei Province. In 2014, the company headquartered in Zhijiang. In October 2016, it was restructured into a joint-stock company.
