Xinshijie Eye Hospital

Guangzheng Eye Hospital Group was renamed from Guangzheng Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Guangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd., founded in 2001. In December 2010, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002524), with a market value of over 5 billion yuan. In 2012, Guangzheng entered the clean energy market, using new energy as a key leverage for industrial restructuring, forming two major business segments: steel structure and new energy. In 2013, Guangzheng Group Co., Ltd. achieved a total industrial output value of 1.2 billion yuan for the year.
In 2018, with the implementation of the national "Healthy China" strategy, Guangzheng Group, relying on its advantages in "resource capital and strategic market" platforms, took the lead in establishing a development model with intelligent steel structures, new energy, and big health as its three core businesses. It successively acquired two prestigious ophthalmic hospital groups: Shanghai Xinshijie Eye Hospital Group (headquartered in Shanghai, with 12 fully medical-insurance-covered eye hospitals nationwide) and Beijing Meier'u Hospital Group (centered in Beijing, covering North China, with 8 hospitals in total), forming a development strategy for high-end ophthalmic chain hospitals that starts with Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen, focuses on layout in first- and second-tier cities, is rooted in China, and aims globally. It is committed to becoming a medical group with development potential in the global ophthalmic medical field.
