Hunan Shantou Holding Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018, formerly known as Hunan Shantou Industrial Development Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 208 million yuan. It is a private development-oriented enterprise with investment and construction as its core industry, possessing multiple professional contracting qualifications including National Construction Engineering General Contracting, Foundation Engineering, Steel Structure Engineering, Environmental Protection Engineering, Waterproof, Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation Engineering, and Building Decoration Engineering. The Group Company takes four major business segments as its main body: infrastructure construction, industrial park PPP investment and construction, environmental protection technology, and design-led EPC general contracting and whole-process consulting. It is a diversified development platform company; the Group governs multiple holding companies including Hunan Baijian Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Hunan Haitian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Hunan Zehui Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. In February 2023, the Group successfully acquired one of China's Top Ten Private Design Institutes and one of the first batch of architectural design institutes listed on China's New Third Board, Hunan Baoxin Cloud Construction Platform Co., Ltd. (securities abbreviation: Cloud Construction, stock code: 831620), which is a constituent stock of the China Building Comprehensive Service Platform and the New Third Board Component Index, becoming its controlling shareholder. As of 2021, the company has nearly 100 employees, including approximately 78 professional and technical management personnel; it focuses on investment and construction in professional fields such as municipal highways, rail transit, and new energy photovoltaics. Projects are distributed in Hunan, Guizhou, Guangdong, Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Fujian and other regions. Currently, 3 PPP projects have been invested and operated (with invested capital of approximately 840 million yuan), and it has participated in the construction of multiple key investment projects including the Yinxing Road Guanyinyan Tunnel Project, Pingyi Expressway, Chenzhou Xiangxue Highway and Chenzhou Renmin East Road (state-owned enterprise mixed-ownership reform project), Guizhou Sansui County High-speed Railway New District Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery PPP Project, Inner Mongolia Guocheng Sulfur-Titanium Resource Recycling Comprehensive Utilization Project, and Guilin Second Water Source, with cumulative investment amounting to nearly 12 billion yuan and annual construction output value of over 5 billion yuan.
