贵州赛昇工业信息研究院成立于2015年，由贵阳市人民政府、贵州省工信厅、贵阳高新区管委、贵阳市工信局等四部门重点引进，是国家工业信息安全发展研究中心（工业和信息化部一所）在贵州的全资分支机构，旨在成为贵州省地区工业和信息化领域的权威智库平台，实现中心在泛西南地区的业务本土化运营，更好地服务支撑本地政府、企业，提高当地工业和信息化水平。目前公司主要开展咨询、评估、会议、培训等方面服务。
