Guangdong Energy Group Southwest (Guizhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Energy Group Southwest Company") was established in October 2012 with a registered capital of 7.61 billion yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary registered in Guizhou Province by Guangdong Energy Group, and has developed into an important regional platform enterprise of the Group. The company has always closely followed the Group's strategic deployment, adhering to the strategic development concept of "one center, two key points, dual-wheel drive, multiple layouts, tackling 2030, and sprinting to 50 billion", based in the southwest, radiating across the country, and facing overseas markets. It continuously consolidates the core energy position in the southwest region, focuses on strengthening the two main businesses of clean energy base development and overseas power investment, implements the dual-wheel drive model of independent development and mergers and acquisitions, accelerates the layout of emerging businesses such as coalbed methane extraction and utilization, and builds a comprehensive energy industry pattern led by clean energy and enhanced by emerging businesses. The company's business has expanded from early coalbed methane power generation and wind power to a comprehensive energy development and investment platform covering wind power, photovoltaic, coalbed methane, pumped storage, power sales, and energy storage. Its business layout has extended to Hunan, Hebei, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Tibet, and other provinces and regions. As of the end of 2025, the cumulative installed capacity in operation exceeded 3.3 million kilowatts, with total assets exceeding 26 billion yuan. Currently, there are 8 wind power and photovoltaic projects under construction (710,000 kilowatts) and 1 pumped storage project (1500), with 9 new projects planned (763,000 kilowatts).
