2、2年以上液晶显示屏结构设计经验，熟悉背光各组成材料的特性；
3、对背光显示效果有丰富的经验，熟悉各种不良现象的原因并且能提供准确的解决方案，比如背光黑胶不黏，漏光，灯柱，色不均，色系差异等等；
4、熟练使用CAD设计二维图纸，以及办公软件；
5、性格开朗，思维活跃，强烈的责任心及上进心，工作积极主动，有良好的团队协作精神，具有良好的沟通能力，能承受工作带来的较强压力。
