Guangdong Shengfeng Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. Adhering to the mission of serving society and contributing to the nation through industry, and with the corporate vision of creating immense value for society through diversified industries, after over 20 years of development, it has become a cross-regional diversified group integrating four main business sectors: real estate development, military-civilian integration industry for rubber product research and manufacturing, service industry management and operation, and financial business.

The Phase I project of Shengfeng Plaza, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a construction area of 180,000 square meters, was completed and put into use in 2011: the North Tower is a high-end office building, with Fortune 500 companies such as GAC Group taking the lead in moving in; the South Tower is the top luxury Guangzhou Shengfeng Sofitel Hotel, which has won more than 10 honors including the Golden Goblet Award for New Hotel of the Year in the global hotel industry, Golden Pillow Award, Golden Chair Award, Starlight Award, and Five-Star Diamond Award, and has been rated as a luxury hotel by TGG China Travel Awards for six consecutive years from 2012 to 2017, becoming a shining star in China's hotel industry.
The Phase II project of Shengfeng Plaza is designed with a building height of 300 meters, with an estimated investment of over 3 billion yuan. Upon completion, it will become a new landmark building in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. By then, the total investment of Phase I and Phase II of Shengfeng Plaza will exceed 6 billion yuan, making it a multifunctional urban complex in Guangzhou, covering hotels, business, apartments, entertainment, and other functions.
In the first half of 2016, Guangdong Shengfeng Group reached cooperation with Vanke Group. The Shenyang Vanke • Shengfeng Emerald Light project is positioned as a high-end residential and commercial entertainment complex, with a total estimated investment of over 10 billion yuan, including high-end office buildings, a large high-end shopping mall integrating shopping, dining, and entertainment, and a luxury five-star hotel, aiming to create a top commercial and entertainment center in the three northeastern provinces.
The rubber manufacturing sector of Shengfeng Group has achieved excellence in China in multiple fields and successfully entered the international market, becoming a leader in challenging world brands with national brands. Shenyang No.4 Rubber (Factory) Co., Ltd. (formerly Shenyang No.4 Rubber Factory), a national leading rubber product manufacturing enterprise, is a state-designated enterprise for the research and production of rubber products. It undertakes research and development of supporting rubber products for aerospace, aviation, naval vessels, armored vehicles, communication satellites, nuclear industry, and other fields, and has received numerous commendations and awards from the State Council and the Central Military Commission. The new plant of Shenyang Rubber No.4, built with an investment of over 3 billion yuan, is a global leading production base for rubber hoses, with technical capabilities reaching the world's advanced level. Rubber No.4 undertakes the research and development of supporting rubber products for Shenzhou spacecraft from No.1 to No.9 and has received many awards from China Aerospace and the China Astronaut Research and Training Center. Rubber No.4 is also responsible for the research and production of products such as crew cabin hoses, aerial refueling transmission systems for tanker aircraft, metal hoses for J-15 fighter jets, and crash-resistant fuel tanks for Z-18 helicopters, contributing to China's modernization and social development.
In addition, Shengfeng Group also owns Guangzhou Rubber Hose Factory and Guangzhou Tianhe Rubber Hose Factory. The two leading enterprises in China's rubber hose industry, known as "Rubber No.4 in the north, Guangzhou Tianhe in the south," are both under Shengfeng Group. In the future, it will become a modern large-scale rubber product manufacturing enterprise integrating production, sales, and research and development. The listing plan for the rubber sector, led by Shenyang Rubber No.4, has already been outlined.

Jiang Nan, Chairman of Guangdong Shengfeng Group Co., Ltd., currently serves as a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a standing committee member of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, a standing committee member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice President of the Liaoning Provincial General Chamber of Commerce, President of the Shandong Merchants Alliance in Shandong, President of the Guangdong Shandong Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, Honorary President of the Guangzhou Charity Association, Honorary President of the Sun Yat-sen University EMBA Association, Vice President of the Liaoning Provincial Economic System Reform Research Association, and Executive Director of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament, among other positions.
