It is mainly engaged in whole-process consulting services, engineering supervision, engineering design, bidding agency, cost consulting, engineering survey, project management, and construction drawing review. The company has successively obtained the comprehensive qualification for engineering supervision, Grade A qualification for municipal engineering design (road engineering and bridge engineering), Grade A qualification for highway engineering supervision, Grade A qualification for equipment supervision, Grade A qualification for civil air defense engineering supervision, Grade A qualification for water conservancy and hydropower engineering supervision, and Grade A qualification for engineering cost consulting. It can undertake municipal engineering design, engineering supervision for all professional engineering categories, and project management and technical consulting for corresponding construction projects. It is one of the first batch of whole-process consulting pilot units in Sichuan Province. In 2018, it was awarded the title of "High-tech Enterprise" by the State Administration of Taxation, Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance, and the Department of Science and Technology.
