Introduction to Shibang Human Resources

Guangzhou Shibang Human Resources Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shibang") is the largest private human resources outsourcing service provider in China. On January 6, 2016, the web version of Shabao Online was officially launched, forming a new matrix of social security services with the mobile end, focusing on providing one-stop online social security and commercial insurance services for small, medium, and micro enterprises. In February 2016, Shibang Shabao Online, together with the internationally renowned market research agency Nielsen, released a research report on social security for small, medium, and micro enterprises, identifying three major pain points in enterprise social security contributions, fully leveraging Shibang Group's offline resource advantages, such as being the only one in the industry with commercial insurance concurrent agency qualifications issued by the CIRC (one group with two licenses, for both group and individual insurance), and making breakthroughs by connecting with the Shibang SPF-core human resources service system to continuously promote product optimization and technological upgrades, enhancing human resources management efficiency and providing innovative value-added services for clients. The continuous efforts and innovation of Shibang people have also attracted favor from the investment community. In October 2016, a top international private equity fund signed the only TS agreement with Shibang in Guangzhou, and even in Guangdong, marking an important breakthrough in Shibang's financing.
