Hubei Huazhong Electric Power Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 1998 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Electric Power Company.

The Company is the first software company in Hubei Province to pass the "Computer System Integration Enterprise" qualification of the Ministry of Information Industry and among the first batch to pass the "Software Enterprise" qualification certification.
