Dongqiang Precision Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, with a registered capital of 66.66 million yuan and a site area of 4,500 square meters. It currently has more than 300 employees, including over 10 in R&D and design. It has 18 injection molding machines, nearly 100 pieces of automated equipment, and more than 10 EDM machines and grinders. Dongqiang Electronics is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of fiber optic sockets and tact switches. From raw materials to finished products, all processes are completed in-house and fully automated. The company currently has a variety of product lines, including tact switch series, waterproof switch series, automotive switch series, fiber optic terminal series, earphone socket series, and infrared connector series. The basic salary for employees is 2,520 yuan, and overtime pay is calculated in accordance with labor law regulations: 21.72 yuan/hour on weekdays and 28.97 yuan/hour on weekends. Employees enjoy paid annual leave, birthday gifts, holiday benefits, social insurance, and seniority allowance (600-3,600 yuan). The company has its own canteen and provides three free meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Night shift workers receive a night shift allowance of 20 yuan. Interview time: Monday to Saturday, 9:00-11:00 AM and 14:00-17:00 PM.
