Hunan Zhangzhongshao

The "Zhangzhongshao" brand is a famous trademark of Hunan Province. Since its establishment in 2007, adhering to the original aspiration of the founder Mr. Zhen Zehua, "craftsmanship in cooking, wonderful life," it has consistently upheld the business philosophy of "virtue, righteousness, skill, gratitude," and the R&D spirit of "safety, nutrition, innovation, refinement," forging ahead with innovation and constantly growing stronger. Later, due to increasing production capacity and brand awareness, in 2020, the year of the pandemic, it bucked the trend and successively invested in establishing Sichuan Zhangzhongshao Food Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zhangzhongshao Food Co., Ltd., as the second and third R&D and production bases of Zhangzhongshao. Relying on the company's deep focus on the prepared food manufacturing industry for over ten years, it has now created four series including Zhangzhongshao hotel dishes, Zhangshao family banquet, Hunan-style instant rice, and master dishes leisure, with over a hundred products in circulation and sales in the market, covering different consumption scenarios such as restaurants and hotels, family banquets, institutional canteens, and tourism and vacation. It has reached strategic partnerships with large domestic catering chains such as Maojia Restaurant, Huogongdian, and Pengchu; in international hypermarkets such as Walmart, Rainbow, China Resources Vanguard, and Hema Fresh, there are Zhangzhongshao specialty counters for sales. In the industry, it pioneered the Zhangshao family banquet home prepared food series, which, with its convenience, deliciousness, and fashionable characteristics, has become a new dining choice for young people; focusing on the product positioning based on classic Hunan cuisine, it is a forward-looking product that conforms to consumption upgrading and new trends in dietary concepts.
