Changsha Yaohua Middle School was founded in the late 1980s and is one of the first batch of private middle schools in Hunan Province after the reform and opening up. The school is affiliated with the Changsha Education Bureau. It currently has 22 high school classes, over 1,100 students, and 78 faculty and staff members. The campus has an elegant environment, complete living facilities, advanced teaching equipment, and rigorous teaching management. In recent years, the school has used a brand-new school-running mechanism, fully practiced the philosophy of "creating education suitable for student development and running a school satisfactory to parents," always adhered to the core values of "respect, responsibility, transcendence, and innovation," embraced the school mission of "cultivating talent and glorifying China," and actively explored a quality education model centered on curriculum reform. Yaohua Middle School has successively been awarded honorary titles such as "Changsha Excellent Private School," "Changsha Civilized Unit," "Changsha Advanced Private Non-Enterprise Unit," and "Yuhua District Advanced Unit in Teaching Management." The school has formed a teaching staff with rich teaching experience and strong research ability, mainly composed of young and middle-aged teachers. There are currently 68 full-time teachers, all with bachelor's degrees, and 18 with graduate degrees. Among them are 1 special-grade teacher, 15 ** teachers, 1 national outstanding teacher, 2 provincial outstanding teachers, 5 municipal outstanding teachers, 4 district-level young post experts, and 2 *** sports referees.
In 2019, our school started construction of a new campus, designed with 48 high school classes and 2,400 students. It is expected to open in September 2020. Recruitment Requirements
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love socialism, love education, observe discipline and law, have upright moral character, and be in good health.
2. Possess a teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding level and subject.
3. Computer application ability reaches provincial first-level standard or has obtained qualification certificates for two modules of computer application ability.
4. Putonghua proficiency: for Chinese and English teacher positions, Putonghua must reach Grade 2, Level A or above; for other positions, Putonghua must reach Grade 2, Level B or above.
5. Educational level: must have full-time bachelor's degree or above from a national regular higher education institution.
