Beijing Soaring Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 by Tsinghua alumni and is one of the earliest high-tech enterprises in China dedicated to clean energy and energy-saving technologies. The core energy storage business is large-scale energy storage PCS electrical systems, with main products including energy storage bi-directional converters (PCS), outdoor converter and transformer booster cabins, integrated energy storage electrical integration cabins, energy management systems (EMS), and integrated storage-charging-inspection systems. The energy-saving testing business includes high-performance charge-discharge testing systems for power battery and energy storage battery testing, automated testing systems, and energy-saving regenerative electronic loads for power supply aging testing. Soaring Electric places great emphasis on R&D investment and holds multiple patents and software copyrights. It is a undertaking unit for national and provincial science and technology projects such as National Key New Products, Torch Program, Science and Technology Support Program, National Key R&D Program, 863 Program, and Hunan Province Major Energy Storage Projects. The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications, and its products have obtained TUV, CE, China Electric Power Research Institute, CGC, CQC certifications. After being rated as a Beijing Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise in February 2022, Soaring Electric was further recognized as a national specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise. By the end of 2022, Soaring Electric had completed over 100 projects, delivering more than 2GW of large-scale energy storage, and explored many benchmark energy storage projects, including tropical island areas with high temperature and humidity, high-altitude and severely cold areas (above 4500 meters in Yushu, Qinghai), and coastal areas with high salt corrosion. Through various rigorous tests, Soaring Electric's products lead in performance and operate stably and reliably, providing customers with more efficient, safer, and more reliable energy storage systems. In the field of energy-saving testing, Soaring Electric developed energy-saving regenerative loads in 2003 and has long been a supplier to Fortune 500 power supply companies. In 2004, it launched a wide-voltage-range charge-discharge system with energy feedback function, leading the transformation of the domestic battery testing industry and laying the foundation for the professionalization and systematization of the battery testing industry. In 2016, it applied silicon carbide technology to battery testing, comprehensively improving product performance. In 2022, it launched a 1600V special testing system for energy storage batteries.
