我们公司的*初是在1996年1月建立，由广东固力集团和本田制锁公司合资，注册资金只有100万美金，股权比例是中方的资金50%，日方的资金50%。当时的公司名称为广东固力本田制锁有限公司。
1996年10月份我们生产的摩托车锁总成开始向五羊本田供货。
这个照片就是我们当年开厂的元老级员工，其实虽然经过了20多年了，照片中的部分员工还在职，一直为我们公司服务着。
1999年10月份开始生产汽车零部件，并向广州本田提供后视镜、门把手、锁总成。
跟大家普及一个小知识，在我们公司摩托车叫2轮，英文为2R；所以摩托车部品也叫2轮部品，2R部品；汽车叫四轮，英文为4R，汽车部品也叫4轮部品，4R部品。
