常德市鼎城九申管道燃气有限公司成立于2002年12月5日，注册资金8600万，分别于04年、14年、17年获得江南城区与斗姆湖、草坪、雷公庙、蔡家岗、长岭岗、石公桥、周家店、石门桥等乡镇的管道燃气30年特许经营权；全资或控股子公司还获得桃源县城及工业园区、慈利县城、西洞庭管理区、常德市高新技术产业园区（灌溪镇）及石板滩镇等地的30年管道燃气特许经营权。在运营CNG、LNG气站有5座，分别为王家铺气站、龙港路气站、西洞庭恒源气站、灌溪瑞兴气站、桃源宝源气站，龙港路气站，在建加气站3座，还拥有特种设备安装公司、危险化学品运输公司等子公司。17年启动IPO程序，18年被选为常德市十家上市后备企业之一，企业前景、行业前景形势一片大好，预计3年中小板成功上市。
