Beijing CCID Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "CCID Science & Engineering", formerly Beijing CCID Industry and Information Technology Engineering Supervision Center Co., Ltd.) was established in 2003 and is affiliated with the China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID Research Institute) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It has undertaken supervision of major national informatization projects during the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th Five-Year Plan periods, including the "Two Networks, One Station, Four Databases, Twelve Golden Projects" series.
