Our company was established in March 1993. As one of the earlier established supervision companies in Hunan Province, it is a supervision service organization with independent legal personality established by the Changsha Municipal Construction Committee to adapt to the reform of the engineering construction management system and promote the development of the supervision industry in our city. The company possesses: Grade A qualification for housing construction engineering supervision, Grade A qualification for municipal public engineering supervision, and Grade B qualification for highway engineering supervision.
Changjian Supervision has always adhered to the philosophy of seeking development by providing high-quality supervision services, and takes continuous improvement and continuous enhancement of enterprise strength as its development direction. Combining market development and the company's characteristics, learning from and drawing on the advanced experience of the same industry, through 14 years of accumulation, our company has gradually formed a very mature management model, which operates well in actual work, and the supervision work has been widely praised by owners and all sectors of society. In 1996, due to our company's outstanding work, it was awarded the title of "1996 Advanced Unit for Key Engineering Construction" by the municipal government. From 1999 to 2005, our company was rated as "Advanced Engineering Construction Supervision Unit" by the municipal competent department, the Changsha Municipal Construction Committee, for six consecutive years. In July 2005, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification, introducing the international standard quality assurance model into the company's management, which further improved the company's quality management level.
After years of development and growth, Changjian Supervision has built a professional team that is familiar with business, professionally matched, stable, capable, and efficient. It currently has 190 employees, including 37 senior engineers and 43 national registered supervision engineers. It covers multiple specialties including civil and industrial construction, roads, bridges, tunnels, water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, landscape architecture, engineering surveying, electromechanical, etc., and can fully meet the needs of construction supervision projects.
Since its establishment, the company has successively undertaken the construction supervision of nearly 400 projects, with a project qualification rate of 100% and an excellent rate of 85%. The supervised projects include various types of housing construction projects, municipal projects, greening and landscape projects, as well as consulting services in project feasibility studies, bidding, design, cost, etc. The supervised projects have won more than 30 awards including the "Municipal Golden Cup Award", "Furong Award", "Provincial Quality Project Award", "Municipal Quality Project Award", etc.
