Shanghai Jinjiang Shipping (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 1983 (hereinafter referred to as "Jinjiang Shipping"). It is a comprehensive shipping industry group engaged in international container transportation, international shipping logistics, and international shipping professional services, directly supervised by the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. In recent years, through the successful implementation of its brand strategy, Jinjiang Shipping has achieved steady growth in economic benefits and operational scale. The company has been awarded the title of "Shanghai Famous Trademark" multiple times and has successively received the "Safe and Honest Company" title granted by the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport and the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration. The company, its premium routes, and vessels have also won the "Shanghai May Day Labor Award".

In international container transportation, Jinjiang Shipping operates multiple brand routes, offering HDS (Hot Delivery Service) with precise hourly delivery, and has opened feeder logistics services in the Yangtze River basin. Currently, it mainly operates international liner services on routes such as Shanghai-Japan, Qingdao-Japan, Shanghai-Thailand, and Shanghai-Vietnam, as well as cross-strait transportation between Shanghai and Taiwan and between North China and Taiwan. It owns three premium routes: "Jinjiang Osaka Shuttle Express," "Jinjiang Four Seasons Express," and "Jinjiang East China Sea Shuttle Express," as well as the Jinjiang Qingdao Japan Express, Jinjiang Shanghai-Thailand-Vietnam routes, and punctual express services between Shanghai and Taiwan and between North China and Taiwan.

Jinjiang Shipping has also successively expanded and improved its marketing system domestically and internationally, establishing branches and agencies in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Taicang, Nantong, and Wuhan, as well as Qingdao.

On the basis of strengthening and refining its core business of international container transportation, Jinjiang Shipping has simultaneously expanded into international shipping agency services, international freight forwarding, crew and vessel management, and has initiated partial vessel and container leasing businesses. It has extended its international shipping logistics services, built comprehensive logistics bases and container transshipment centers, and initially established an industrial pattern of "one main business with two supporting wings."
