新疆米东天山水泥有限责任公司隶属世界500强央企中国建材集团有限公司，由新疆天山水泥有限责任公司和新疆中泰化学股份有限公司于2007年4月24日共同投资注册成立。公司现拥有三条100%电石渣替代石灰石的新型干法水泥熟料生产线及150万吨水泥粉磨系统，形成年生产熟料160万吨、生产水泥150万吨的生产规模。实现了从“资源—产品—废弃物”传统工业模式转变为“资源—产品—废弃物—再生资源”新型工业模式，变废为宝，实现循环经济，同时为水泥工业发展提供更大空间。
