Changsha Zhongda Supervision Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Changsha Railway University Construction Supervision Company, was established in 1992. It is a professional technical service enterprise engaged in engineering supervision and whole-process consulting for railways, municipal utilities, buildings, electric power, petrochemicals, highways, water conservancy, environmental protection, and other projects. It is among the first batch of Grade A construction supervision enterprises approved by the state, and is a member unit of the China Construction Supervision Association and the China Railway Construction Association. It is a AAA credit demonstration unit for quality service reputation in the national construction supervision industry, a national engineering construction assured supervision unit, and a Hunan Province contract-honoring and credit-reliable unit. The company holds qualification certificates issued by the state, including Grade A railway engineering supervision, Grade A municipal public works supervision, and Grade A building construction engineering supervision.
