Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingneng Thermal Power" or "the Company") was formerly known as Beijing Huayuan Yitong Thermal Power Technology Co., Ltd. The Company was established in 2002, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2017 with stock code 002893, and became a subsidiary under the actual control of Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd. in 2022.
The Company (and its subsidiaries) is primarily engaged in heat supply, integrated energy, and energy-saving technology services. In 2022, it achieved an operating revenue of approximately 1.029 billion yuan; as of the end of 2022, its total assets were approximately 2.07 billion yuan; the heating management area is about 36 million square meters, covering heating regions including Beijing and Qianxi County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The Company (and its subsidiaries) has rich operational management experience in traditional coal-fired heating, gas heating, combined heat and power (CHP) heating, and industrial waste heat utilization.
Jingneng Thermal Power adheres to independent technological innovation. As of August 2023, the Company (and its subsidiaries) owns 22 registered trademarks, 73 patents, and 61 software copyrights. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a Zhongguancun high-tech enterprise, and a Beijing municipal enterprise technology center. The Company implements 5S standardized management and 4S maintenance management systems to ensure high standards and refined operations, achieving zero safety accidents for consecutive years.
