2016年4月29日,公司名称由“风帆股份有限公司”变更为“中国船舶重工集团动力股份有限公司”英文全称由“FengfanStockLimitedCompany”变更为“ChinaShipbuildingIndustryGroupPowerCo.,Ltd.”。
