In August 2022, CITS Culture Investment completed its relocation and settled in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, becoming the first tourism-related listed company in Jiangxi Province. As a main board listed company controlled by Jiangxi Changtian Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changtian Tourism Group"), a provincial state-owned enterprise of Jiangxi Province, CITS Culture Investment shoulders the key mission of leading Jiangxi's tourism industry innovation and upgrading for Changtian Tourism Group and safeguarding the construction of a strong tourism province to new heights. It is an important platform for Changtian Tourism Group's capital operations and business expansion.
