职位信息：
1、负责拼多多电商平台运营推广，提高店铺浏览量等各种指标，完成销售业绩；
2、负责对店铺进行优化，包括宝贝标题（卖点），宝贝详情页规划等，提高转化率；
3、精通拼多多的规则，并结合产品特性，制定有效的营销策略，提升店铺销量、品牌影响力和关注度；
4、分析目标用户群和潜在用户群，制定出切实可行的销售方案及执行计划，并组织实施；
5、销售目标的计划制定和执行落实，细化广告投入预算及成本控制，日常数据报表汇总。
任职要求：
1、1年以上拼多多运营经验（运营过化妆品类的优先）；
2、熟悉拼多多电商平台的运营环境、交易规则；
3、有成功的爆款打造经验及成熟的营销资源优先 ；
4、对电商行业和市场产品有敏锐度，有较强的组织能力和较强的数据分析能力；
5、踏实细心，对待工作认真负责，具有团队精神，协调能力较强。
