Chongqing Huada Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. After 25 years of arduous entrepreneurship and accumulation, it has developed into a group joint-stock enterprise with fixed assets of more than 70 million yuan and an output value of over 100 million yuan. It is a private enterprise integrating the design, development, mold manufacturing and production of parts such as automobile fuel tanks and automobile stamping and welding structural parts. It is one of the member units of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and the China Automotive Fuel Tank Association.
The company is located at the foot of the picturesque Gele Mountain, only a 10-minute drive from the Shapingba business district. It is situated in the rapidly developing Chongqing Xiyong Microelectronics Industrial Park, covering an area of 33 mu, with a factory building area of 25,000 square meters. It has more than 190 sets of production and processing equipment, including CNC machining centers, hydraulic presses, punch presses, spot welding machines, seam welding machines, shielded welding machines, powder coating production lines, seat welding production lines, and automatic welding special machines. It has established a professional fuel tank laboratory composed of testing equipment such as vibration test benches, positive and negative pressure gauges, and paint film thickness gauges. It has an annual production capacity of 500,000 fuel tanks and 1.5 million stamping and welding parts. It is the largest automobile metal fuel tank production enterprise in the Chongqing area.
The company has strong product development capabilities, with 18 middle and senior engineering and technical personnel. It can use computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, UG, Pro-E, Catia, and Solidworks to design product processes, tooling, part molds, and fixtures according to user requirements. The development cycle for fuel tank products is 90 days, and the development cycle for other stamping and welding parts is 30-60 days. In the localization of fuel tanks for introduced models, the company has always maintained close cooperation with Qingling Motors, SAIC-GM-Wuling, BAIC Yinxiang, etc., and has been unanimously recognized by these manufacturers and Isuzu of Japan.
The company mainly provides supporting products for vehicle and component manufacturers such as Qingling Motors, BAIC Yinxiang, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Shenyang Brilliance, Jiangxi Changhe, Brilliance Xinyuan, Jiachuan, and Chongqing Lifan Automobile.
