Founded in 1987, AUCMA Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 29, 2000. With a registered capital of 680 million yuan, the company is state-controlled. It currently has 29 controlled subsidiaries and four production bases located in Huangdao District and Laoshan District of Qingdao, Yinan County of Linyi, and Shangqiu City of Henan Province.
As a world-renowned supplier of refrigeration equipment and one of the world's manufacturers of refrigeration household appliances, the company holds many honors such as "China Top Brand Product" and "Export Inspection-Free Product." It has formed a multi-level and multi-gradient industrial structure with freezers, refrigerators, household appliances, and commercial cold chain products as core businesses; cold chain logistics equipment, ultra-low temperature equipment, and vending machines as development businesses; and new energy electric tool vehicles and new energy household appliances as future businesses.
