中交上海航道装备工业有限公司位于黄浦江下游吴凇口8公里处，1976年建成投产。厂占地面积31364平方,岸线长360米。拥有272米高桩固定码头（其中：100米为3000吨级、172米为20000吨级）；90×18米、3000吨级干船坞一座；30吨、20吨门机各一台。现有职工472 人，拥有一批专业从事各类工程船舶修理、改造的工程技术人员。主要经营范围：船舶修造，船舶备件修理、加工制造。近两年来，船厂在大型疏浚船舶改造上有较大的突破，积累了丰富的经验。主要进行了航浚9002轮扩容改造工程和新海象轮、新海鲸轮"货改耙"工程。
