中国水利水电第三工程局有限公司勘测设计研究院（简称：设计研究院）是中国水利水电第三工程局有限公司的非法人二级单位，下辖陕西正创工程检测有限公司和陕西江河水利水电土木勘测设计研究有限公司两家独立法人子公司。具备水利质量检测甲级、水利行业设计甲级、工程测绘甲级、测绘航空摄影乙级、岩土工程勘察乙级、建筑行业(建筑工程）乙级等16个资质；主要业务板块有试验检测、安全监测、设计与设计管理、除险加固、工程测量等；设计研究院现有正式员工269人，其中具有正高级职称5人，副高级职称48人，中级职称95人。从上世纪50年代，参加了近百个国内外水利水电、铁路、公路、核电、工民建项目建设期的技术服务。业绩遍布全国各地以及西非、北非、中东、东南亚等地。
