In October 2008, Evergrande Mingdu and Evergrande Oasis were fully launched in the market, with total sales reaching 440 million yuan within one week, setting a new sales record for the Xi'an real estate market during the Golden Week.
During the National Day Golden Week in 2009, the first phase of Xi'an Evergrande City was launched, selling 600 million yuan on the first day.
In September 2011, Hanzhong Evergrande City was grandly unveiled, injecting a strong boost into the real estate market, with everyone rushing to buy upon its opening.
In April 2012, Yangling Evergrande City opened with great enthusiasm, selling 230 million yuan, achieving a full house of success.
