哈尔滨秋林食品厂是1900年由俄国人伊万·雅阔洛维奇·秋林创建的，是哈尔滨历史*悠久的烘焙食品加工企业之一，具有前店后厂经营特色。2007年更名为哈尔滨秋林食品有限责任公司，现隶属于秋林集团股份有限公司。
公司目前生产面积达1万多平方米，职工人数近1000人，是一个年产量约8000吨，销售额超亿元的食品生产企业，在哈市有上百家秋林食品连锁专卖店和专柜，销售具有俄式特色的秋林牌系列面包、糕点、果酒、果酱、肉灌制品、熏酱制品、速冻食品、大列巴格瓦斯等系列产品，秋林食品公司历经百年传承下来的大列巴制作技艺，被黑龙江省人民政府认定为“省级非物质文化遗产”，公司自筹资金，自我设计创建了中国*家面包制作技艺展馆—秋林大面包制作技艺展馆，并与黑龙江省博物馆联合举办展览，开创了企业办展的先河，2011年3月秋林食品公司被国家商务部评为“中华老字号”企业。
