China Rare Earth Group Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxi Kechuang") was established in December 2023 and is registered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It has leading technological research and development advantages, has built an integrated innovation system featuring independent innovation as the mainstay and coordinated development among government, industry, academia, research and application, and possesses national-level scientific research platforms such as the National Ionic Rare Earth Engineering Technology Research Center, as well as four major technical systems: the ionic rare earth mining technology system, the rare earth separation technology system, the rare earth basic materials technology system, and the rare earth new materials technology system. It has industry-leading key technologies such as green rare earth mining processes, efficient extraction and separation processes, and preparation technologies for ultra-high-purity and special-property rare earth oxides. Zhongxi Kechuang persists in carrying out key technology research directed at resource and environmental needs, high-tech industry needs, and national strategic needs. It focuses on strategic emerging industries and future industries. In key areas such as new energy vehicles, electronic information, white goods, wind power, nuclear energy, and superconductivity, it develops rare earth functional materials, devices, and equipment oriented to customer needs, leading and promoting the high-end, intelligent, and green development of China's rare earth industry.
