Currently, Poly Commercial Company operates and manages 5 projects that have been opened, including landmark, resource-based, and high-quality projects such as Poly Water City, Poly Central Plaza, Foshan Poly InterContinental Hotel, Chengdu Poly Park Crowne Plaza Hotel, and Poly Mountain Villa Hotel. As of May 2013, Poly Commercial Company had 11 shopping centers and 24 star-rated hotels under construction or in preparation, distributed across 20 cities nationwide, with a total area of nearly 2.5 million square meters.
