青岛国能永泰公司成立于 2021 年，依托山东省及青岛市政府支持，专注于工
业余热高效回收技术的产业化。公司自主研发的超临界 CO₂高温蒸汽热泵，
单台规模达 1.3MW，是国内首套具备大规模工业应用能力的高效热能回收系
统。该产品针对化工、制药、造纸、纺织印染等高能耗行业的余热回收需
求，通过低碳电力将废热转化为高品位蒸汽，显著降低一次能源消耗与碳排
放，助力工业领域绿色转型。
公司在北京、青岛设立两个研发中心，目前北京研发中心拥有 22 名博士、硕
士，青岛研发中心由 20 余位热能行业经验丰富的专家组成。目前处在团队快
速扩展期，陆续有各行业精兵强将加入。
