The "two wings" refer to technological innovation and intellectual development businesses, with the former involving technical services, information technology services, and the latter covering human capital value-added services like education and training. Its business is extensive, serving nearly 80,000 enterprises worldwide with a customer base exceeding 1.8 million people. In the field of human resources outsourcing services, it is a comprehensive outsourcing service provider in China, with coverage in numerous cities. In management consulting, it has a dedicated research institute and consulting team, providing comprehensive human resources overall solutions. In international human resources business, it is a major supplier of international human resources services for Chinese enterprises, with businesses including international contracted projects, foreign labor cooperation, overseas study and immigration, among others. Its subsidiaries have also won honors, such as in 2021 when CIIC Anhui Company was awarded the "AAAAA Level Human Resources Service Institution" title, and in 2022 when CIIC Guanaitong was rated as the "WISE2022 New Economy King Annual Enterprise" in the enterprise services field.
