科泰思创新技术(江苏)股份有限公司（原名安泰复材，简称科泰思创新，英文名称缩写ATCC）成立2017年，2018年5月完成对COTESA GmbH的全资收购，并在中国设立COTESA GmbH欧洲外的*个产业基地-科泰思（中国）工厂。该基地于2019年12月正式投产，成为目前除中航工业外，国内通过空客、波音认证的碳纤维复材研发制造企业，不仅符合空客中国供应链垂直整合战略的要求，也满足了中国商飞供应链国际化水平、本土化生产和专业化培育的要求。
科泰思创新坚持“引进、消化、吸收再提升”的集成创新战略，通过建设科泰思（中国）工厂、强华新材高端工业品平台，发起设立集萃碳纤维复材研究院，快速实现国际一流的碳纤维复材关键技术消化吸收，提高了整体工艺技术及研发设计水平，并形成自身集成创新能力，为实现国内民机碳纤维复材部件的批产制造全面助力。
公司目前构建了“六基地、两中心”的全球化产业布局，国内外高端复合材料制造厂房（含集萃碳纤维复材研究院）规模7.6万平米，中德工程技术研发中心（含集萃碳纤维复材研究院）面积超8000平米，公司德国员工380人、国内员工超400人，拥有各类先进制造设备百余台套。
