Xiersi (Changsha) Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. was established in February 2020. Its founder, Mr. Tian Ya, is the president of the Changsha Quality and Standardization Association. He also serves as a government entrepreneurship mentor and secretary-general of the Hunan Environmental Sanitation and Cleaning Industry Association. It carries out standardization personnel training needed by various industries, builds a standardization industry development platform, and integrates standard resource sharing, standardization project consulting, standardization personnel training, and standardization awareness promotion. It is committed to consolidating the service platform, adhering to the cultivation model of "comprehensive incubation + professional incubation + industrial incubation," continuously strengthening team building, and establishing an incubation brand.
