Wuhan Dongyi Architectural Design Co., Ltd. is an architectural design company established as a joint venture between CITIC General Institute of Architectural Design and Research and the renowned Japanese Takeda Architectural Design Co., Ltd., approved by the national construction authority in 1994, and holding a Grade A Engineering Design Qualification Certificate issued by the national construction authority. It is one of the earliest Sino-foreign joint venture design institutions in China* and also a Sino-foreign joint venture design institution with Grade A design qualification in Hubei Province*. The company is primarily engaged in architectural design and engineering consulting services. The company has specialties including landscape, planning, architecture, building structures, strong and weak electrical systems, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, and construction economics.
