Hubei Changjiang Cloud New Media Group Co., Ltd., established through integration in July 2014, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Broadcasting and Television Station. It is the designated construction and operation unit for the province-wide mobile government affairs integrated media platform (Changjiang Cloud Platform) and the Hubei IPTV broadcast control platform (Changjiang Cloud TV) by the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. It is a "Three Certificates and One High-tech" cultural technology enterprise. In 2024, Changjiang Cloud New Media Group was jointly selected as a National Culture and Technology Integration Demonstration Base by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the National Radio and Television Administration. It was successfully selected into the "2024 Top 30 National Growth Cultural Enterprises" released by Guangming Daily and Economic Daily, with the award personally presented by Li Shulei, Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Cao Shumin, Director of the National Radio and Television Administration.
