The company currently has 226 employees, including 1 expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council, 1 young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Jiangsu Province; 1 doctor, 100 masters, and 103 bachelors; 14 professor-level senior engineers, 44 senior engineers, senior architects, and senior urban planners, 102 engineers, architects, and planners; and 83 personnel with various national engineering registration qualifications.
