It is a large Sino-foreign joint venture beverage enterprise controlled by the Swire Group, and is the designated franchise bottler authorized by Coca-Cola Beverages (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to produce and sell Coca-Cola products in Henan Province. The company is located in Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone with a registered capital of USD 18 million. With the continuous expansion of the Henan market and the increasing consumer demand, in 2010, Zhengzhou Swire invested 100% to build Luohe Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Co., Ltd., whose products not only serve the Henan market but also radiate to surrounding provinces (Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangsu). The company produces and sells 8 categories and 18 brands, with 9 production lines, 86 sales units, 19 distribution centers, and nearly 2,000 employees. Over the past 20 years, business has grown steadily. In 2017, it became the fifth largest market in Coca-Cola China, and ranked first in market share in the non-alcoholic beverage market in Henan, and won the highest number of bottler awards in Coca-Cola China. Zhengzhou Swire is the first factory in Coca-Cola China to implement DuPont safety culture, the first in the national beverage industry to introduce voice picking system, and the first in Swire Beverages to implement WCM and apply Line View, promoting the application and development of innovative technologies in the fast-moving consumer goods industry; Luohe Swire is the first factory in Coca-Cola's global system to pass LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification, which represents the highest honor in global building energy efficiency and environmental protection, and achieved the first low-carbon building score in China, calculating, reducing and reporting the full life-cycle carbon footprint of production plants and equipment, which is of great significance for reducing carbon emissions and protecting the global climate.
