Shanghai Tonghao Civil Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 and is a local high-tech enterprise in engineering consulting. We effectively combine bridge science and information technology to provide computer expert systems for bridge design, construction, supervision, inspection and monitoring, diagnosis and management. Our business scope includes: bridge professional software development, road and bridge engineering design and consulting, bridge inspection and reinforcement.
