Its independently developed SGT MOS, SJ MOS, SBD, FRD, and IGBT process platforms, as well as corresponding modules and system application solutions, are at the leading level in the industry. Meanwhile, PDBG is actively laying out third-generation semiconductor material devices such as GaN and SiC. The company's products target the motor, battery, and power supply application areas in markets such as consumer electronics, communication electronics, industrial electronics, medical electronics, and automotive electronics. They are widely used in segmented markets including general switching power supplies, mobile phone fast charging, white goods, electric vehicles, electric garden tools, welding machines, UPS, frequency converters, charging piles, solar photovoltaic, as well as industrial control and automotive electronics.
