Compensation System and Employee Benefits
1) Probation period is 3 months, during which all positions are paid hourly wages; after the probation period, apprentices who pass skill assessment will receive the same wage standard as skilled workers;
2) 13 months of salary paid annually;
3) Enjoy a monthly housing subsidy of 100 yuan or free company accommodation (limited to 3 months);
4) Festival gifts of 100 yuan each for Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival;
5) Night meal subsidy of 10-20 yuan per time;
6) Lunch subsidy of 10 yuan per day;
7) Enjoy paid statutory holidays (about 10 days for Spring Festival);
8) For hourly employees, overtime on regular days is paid at 1.5 times, weekends at 2 times, and statutory holidays at 3 times;
9) For piece-rate employees, after one full year of service, enjoy seniority bonus: 50 yuan per month for each year of seniority, increasing annually, capped at 250 yuan per month;
10) Enjoy one day of paid leave or a birthday gift on birthdays.
11) Frontline employees receive high-temperature subsidies in accordance with the law.
