Kaifa Suzhou is located in the West Zone of Suzhou Industrial Park Comprehensive Bonded Zone, covering an area of over 60,000 square meters, with two major factory zones, East and West, of which the production workshop area that has been put into operation exceeds 50,000 square meters. The company is committed to the R&D and production of large-capacity disk drive read/write heads, printed circuit boards (PCBs) for computer hard drives, and related components. Its produced hard drive servo system control electronic circuit boards were rated as High-tech Products of Jiangsu Province in 2007, and the "Development and Application of Intelligent Process Control System for Agile Manufacturing of Circuit Boards" developed in cooperation with Soochow University was rated as a Suzhou Science and Technology Plan Project. The company has established a complete service chain integrating technology R&D, process design, production control, procurement management, logistics support, and other service modules, providing high-end electronic product R&D and manufacturing services for global customers. In 2014, its operating revenue exceeded RMB 5 billion.

Currently, 90% of the company's head products have achieved automated or semi-automated production.
