Tsubakimoto Nakashima Machinery (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. is the former Chongqing Steel Ball Co., Ltd., which underwent equity acquisition by Japan's Tsubakimoto Nakashima Group on March 1, 2006. It is the second professional steel ball manufacturing plant wholly invested and established in China by the group, following Tsubakimoto Nakashima Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. Japan's Tsubakimoto Nakashima Group has 14 factories in Japan, the United States, Mexico, Poland, China, Hungary, and other countries, and is the flagship manufacturer in the world's precision steel ball manufacturing industry.
The company is the only one in China that fully adopts high-speed cold heading machines for billet preparation, uses Schwartz technology controlled protective atmosphere and spiral drum continuous quenching and tempering production lines for heat treatment, and introduces Japanese-made drum surface strengthening machines in the SP process, providing highly reliable technical and equipment guarantees for key indicators such as steel ball lifespan. For security balls, it fully adopts Czech AVIKO equipment and Japanese-introduced oil sorting machines for 100% flaw detection. It provides supporting services for precision bearing manufacturers in automobiles, motorcycles, motors, and other fields, and strives to help Chinese bearings keep pace with world-famous brands.
