Fudan University

The Fudan International School of Finance (FISF) is a business school established in accordance with the management model and standards of first-class international business schools, focusing on the cultivation of high-end financial talents and academic think tank research in the financial field. The school was founded at the end of 2016, officially started teaching in June 2017, and its core faculty team consists of outstanding scholars recruited globally.

The school's mission is "to be grounded in an international financial perspective, serve the national financial strategy, cultivate top financial talents, and achieve a top financial think tank". Its goals are "to achieve first-class academic research and discipline construction, first-class teaching programs and high-end talent cultivation, and first-class think tank research and social influence", striving to build a truly international financial school that occupies the commanding heights of global financial disciplines, possesses international influence and discourse power, can effectively answer and solve major practical problems in the development of the financial industry, and contribute suggestions and efforts for innovation-driven development and transformation and upgrading of the country, local governments, and enterprises.

The school has successfully recruited and assembled an international top-tier faculty team of 56 people globally, including 25 full-time professors, 21 distinguished and practice professors, and 10 visiting and honorary professors. Among them, all senior professors have obtained tenured positions at first-class international business schools and serve as discipline leaders in various fields of finance and economics, with profound knowledge of ancient and modern times and mastery of both Chinese and Western learning. At the same time, practice professors, visiting professors, and adjunct professors from the executive teams of major international organizations, government agencies, and corporate institutions teach financial practice firsthand, helping students integrate knowledge and action, and achieve excellence and goodness.

Currently, the school's undergraduate program in Finance (Financial Technology direction), Elite Master of Finance, Finance MBA, Finance EMBA, and the joint DBA program between The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Fudan University have all been launched. Executive education open courses and in-house training programs have yielded fruitful results, and the innovative Fudan Finance online education has become a new golden card of Fudan University. At the same time, the dual master's degree program in collaboration with Columbia University's School of Engineering is being comprehensively advanced, and the doctoral program in finance will be officially announced soon, thus creating the most complete international high-end financial education product sequence in China.

The school has two campuses: one at Fudan University's Handan Campus and the other in Huangpu District, Shanghai. By leveraging advantageous financial locations and building first-class hardware facilities, the school cultivates a rich financial academic culture while fully serving the construction and development of government agencies, financial institutions, and corporate organizations, as well as the planning and implementation of national strategies such as Shanghai's International Financial Center and Global Science and Innovation Center.
