China Certification & Inspection Group (abbreviated as China Inspection and Testing, English abbreviation CCIC) is a central enterprise approved by the State Council and managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is a comprehensive quality service organization with "inspection, testing, certification, standards, and measurement" as its main business, founded in 1980. After more than 40 years of development, our service network has covered major ports and cargo distribution centers in 40 countries and regions, with more than 20,000 employees, more than 400 branches, and more than 500 laboratories. We hold more than 100 international qualifications and more than 300 * qualifications. Our service scope covers the three major industries of agriculture, industry, and services, involving all sectors of the national economy and every aspect of people's livelihood. We have formed comprehensive quality services in professional fields such as transportation, consumer electronics and electrical appliances, industrial electrical appliances, new energy and green low-carbon, bulk commodity inspection and identification, system certification and management improvement services, agricultural and food safety, public safety, medical and environmental, and measurement. China Certification & Inspection Group Hunan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: China Inspection and Testing Hunan Company) was established in 1989, and its predecessor was the Hunan Branch of the former China Import and Export Commodity Inspection Corporation. In December 2007, the former CCIC Hunan Company and the Hunan Evaluation Center of China Quality Certification Center were restructured and merged to form the new China Inspection and Testing Hunan Company. According to the unified deployment of China Inspection and Testing's regional management reform, Hunan Company is the headquarters of the Central China Region, with 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries: Hubei Company, Henan Company, Hunan Zhongjian Insurance Loss Adjusting Co., Ltd., Zhongjian Traceability Jiangsu Technical Service Co., Ltd., and Zhongjian Traceability South China Technical Service (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The Central China Region fully leverages the technical advantages of 15 laboratories to form a comprehensive inspection, testing, and certification institution group with a service network covering three provinces and five locations, and a business scope covering the whole country. In serving local governments, we have long provided technical support to government departments such as the market supervision system, ecological environment system, agriculture and rural affairs system, Development and Reform Commission, industry and information technology system, commerce, customs, public security, procuratorate, and courts. Inspection, testing, and certification results are adopted as the basis for administrative law enforcement or judicial adjudication.
