Shanghai Meimei's production processes include die-casting and related secondary operations such as CNC machining and product assembly, all strictly adhering to international standards. Shanghai Meimei possesses strong production capabilities, with an annual production capacity of approximately 9,300 tons of magnesium alloy die-castings. Currently, it operates 13 die-casting cells, including 4 of 500 tons, 3 of 800 tons, 1 of 1,500 tons, 2 of 1,600 tons, and 3 of 3,200 tons. All die-casting cells are equipped with automatic pouring, automatic spraying, automatic part extraction, mold preheating, magnesium ingot preheating, and product trimming systems. The company also has 33 CNC machining units and multiple component assembly lines, as well as post-process quality inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, X-ray flaw detectors, imaging inspection machines, spectrometers, projectors, and tensile testing machines. Shanghai Meimei is dedicated to providing more and better magnesium alloy die-cast products to domestic and international customers, with a focus on the automotive industry.
